We thought our milkshake days were behind us. It’s true. But we have this passion for Quest Peppermint Bark Bars, you see. Then this recipe showed up at Quest blog HQ and now we have delicious Peppermint Bark Milkshakes on the brain. We’re back on milkshakes for the foreseeable future.

Yields: 8 servings |  Serving Size: 1 taco

Calories: 140 | Protein: 15g  | Fat: 5g | Net Carb: 8g

Total Carb: 13g   | Sugar: <1g


  1. Cut the protein bar into small pieces and place them into a microwave safe bowl with 3 tbsp of almond milk.
  2. Microwave on high for 1 minute, whisk until smooth. Let cool for five minutes.
  3. Place the ice cream, remaining almond milk, protein powder and Quest Bar mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Distribute in two large milkshake glasses or 4 small ones and top with whipped cream and sprinkles (optional).
